Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times:
- Albania: 3–5 business days
- European Union: 5–8 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
- Albania: €5 shipping fee
- Free shipping on orders over €60
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Customs and Import Duties
