At Synix World, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom products
- Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
